This Privacy Notice governs the EnlightenMe mobile application provided by Lightworker Mark. We are committed to transparency and compliance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

1 Information Collection & Permissions

To provide a transformative experience, the EnlightenMe App collects and accesses the following:

Voluntary Account Data

  • Name, Email, and secure Password.
  • Spiritual preferences or journal entries.

Device Permissions

  • Notifications: For spiritual reminders (Optional).
  • Network State: To sync data with our secure servers.

2 Data Control & Deletion

You have absolute control over your data. You can initiate the deletion of your account and all associated personal data in two ways:

In-App Deletion

Navigate to Settings > Edit Profile > Delete Account within the EnlightenMe App.

Web-Based Request

Use our Contact Page to request complete data erasure.

3Third-Party Service Providers

We use a limited number of trusted service providers to ensure app functionality. These third parties are bound by strict confidentiality:

  • Firebase/Google: For secure database storage and crash reporting.
  • HubSpot: For managing our Inner Circle communications.
  • RevenueCat/Apple/Google: For processing secure in-app purchases.

4Children's Privacy

EnlightenMe is intended for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you become aware that a child has provided us with data, please contact us immediately for deletion.
