At Lightworker Mark, I strive to provide high-quality spiritual services and ensure your satisfaction. I understand that circumstances can change, and I aim to be fair and transparent regarding cancellations and refunds.

1 Appointment Cancellations

  • 24-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance via email.
  • Late Notice: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may result in a forfeiture of the session fee. This compensates for the reserved time that could have served another soul.
  • No-Shows: Forfeited appointments without prior notification will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Cancellations by Lightworker Mark

In the rare event that I need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (illness or emergency), I will notify you immediately. You will have the choice to reschedule at a priority time or receive a full refund for the cancelled session.

3 Refund Policy for Services

  • Individual Sessions: Refunds are generally not provided once the service has been rendered. If you are dissatisfied, please contact me within 24 hours.
  • Digital Products/Apps: Refunds are generally not offered once access has been granted or the product has been downloaded.
